@OKdoodle @SouthwestAir You are not the only one in this position. Like you, several of us got seats in the B group too. It’s unfortunate that we just get what appears a canned message. I have gotten better customer service from a Comcast lately!!!

@comcast the cap could be 436 petabytes and it wouldn't matter. the problem is that in the 21st century internet access is necessary for people to do their jobs (and therefore to live) and it should therefore be owned by the people, not by corporations.

@summersblaze I have tmobile as my carrier and they now have tvision for about 40 bucks a month. Carries the channel they play on, comcast sports northwest. So far I'm loving the service.
